The bronze piston for dough divider A2-HTN is installed in the standard head. A reliable construction with self-braking worm-gear transmission! 

The head for dough divider "Kuzbass" and A2-HTN which includes: the cast-iron (bronze) piston, curl (working surface is made out of stainless steel), tank and visor for dough divider A2-HTN are made out of cast-iron covered with tin.
 


The special piston by a diameter of 85 mm with the sleeve by a diameter of 125 mm for dough divider A2-HTN allows to divide dough into bars of weight from 60 till 600. 
Is installed in the nominal head of the dough divider, ensures a slide control of weight. The availability of worm-gear of the piston increases a constancy of weight of dough bars. The patent application is sent.

The cam batcher  DNK-1Sh is intended for a batching and dressing by stuffings broad band of viscosity. Allows to adjust volume of an extruded product by 1 cubic centimeter. Guarantees a high exactitude batchings and inertia-free functioning.
Power supply voltage - 220 V, consumed potency - 250 W, volume of the bunker - 10 cubes decimetres.

The electromechanical extruder DNK-1 is intended for filling by stuffings of doughnuts, eclairs, tubules etc.

The unwinding and beading machine RZM-500 is intended for production of the small-pieces  items (croissants) from the wheaten dough of the cigar-shaped form.

The electrical dough divider HL-21036 is intended for division of the wheaten dough for pieces.

The forms for batch of curly bread are intended for use on confectionery enterprises  and  the bread-baking plants. 
The forms are made of food steel. 
The manufacturing under the sketches is possible the customer or on samples.

We offer a grid by a breadth 250, 300, 420, 600 mm and other breadth under the technical project of the customer,  and also metal grids (carbon steel, high-alloy steel) for use in furnaces for batch of confectionery and bakery items, in washing machines, packing machines, drying machines and chillers.

We make modernizing the planetary mixers of any types.
The modernizing includes installation of the frequent governor for slide controls of rotation rate of a working organ (the agitator blade, corolla , hook). For want of it instead of V-belt the usual belts (type B) are installed.

The bread-cutting machine E-40 is intended for gashing of the bakery items in a semi-automatic mode by a slices  by a thickness 11,5 mm for  toasts, long loafs for crackers, and also for manufacturing crackers in the form of straw or bricks.
Power supply voltage of the machine 220 V, consumed potency - 0,5 KW, productivity - 1200 items per hour.

The bread-cutting machine (slicer) HL-52006 is intended for sliting of loaves on pieces by a thickness  9, 12, 14, 16, 24 mm. A thickness of sliting is governed by change of sliting frames, with which the machine is completed as agreed with by the customer.
Power supply voltage of the machine 220 V, power consumption - 350 W, 
  Weight - 80 kgs, breadth of a load tray - 380 mm.

 

The machine MAG-250 is intended for melting icing and then covering confectionery items. The machine is equipped with a double-slotted diffuser and ventilation for removal of excesses. The efficiency of the machine at a loading beforehand melted icing, can reach 250 kgs / hours (on icing). 
 
 


Baranka machine B4-58 is intended for dough division and shaping it to be round. If the dough chamber is 380 mm wide, the productivity from 50 up to 200 kg / hour is ensured. Changeable knots for manufacture of doughnuts,bubliks, barankas, sushkas ( more than 14 kinds) are always available.

The jigging machine for jigging biscuits of a "Kurabiye" type I8-MOK "Universal" allows producing cookies of more than 80 shapes. The use of the additional bunker, rollers and string holder allows to mould gingerbreads, oat cookies and sand-like biscuits of more than 40 kinds.

The machine A2-ShFZ is intended for shaping uncooked items (cookies, gingerbreads) out of gingerbread or other similar dough. The machine widely used in confectionery shops of the bread-baking plant and small confectionery factories for gingerbread production of round and oval shapes, cookies "Ovsiyanoye", "Mozaika", "Listochky" etc. Placing if items is possible on baking trays or straight on a tape under furnaces. 
This machine has three models: A2-ShFZ - for laying shaped items(zagotovki) on baking trays, A2-ShFZ-01 - for laying bars immediately on tape under the confectionery oven, A2-ShFZ/900 for the oven of ShBG 900 mm type. 
As a separate order it is possible to complete the machine with matrixes for manufacture of gingerbreads and oat cookies of the various shapes.

The machine moulding rotational ShR-1M
Is intended for a molding of bars of sugar cookies of the various forms on a grid of the furnace in confectionery shops. The forming of bars is carried out with the help of changeable curls, which are produced by the order according to a directory, in which more than 100 forms of cookies, or by the individual order of a customer. 
Our firm produces also changeable curls for machines moulding rotational RMP-3M and A2-ShR-3M.

The manual aggregate batcher for a cream and stuffings "Donor" is intended for dosage and extrusion of creams, stuffings, jams etc.
